B & B Building Services, Inc. offers high-quality cleaning and maintenance services for VCT , terrazzo and concrete floors. Our floor cleaning services are listed below with a brief description of each. They can be scheduled for daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly service as you request. We also service and repair floor equipment.

First we sweep all floors and scrape if needed to remove gum and stickers.

Strip and Wax - Use a propane strip machine to remove old finish down to the bare VCT. Lay 5 fresh coats of floor finish. We only use top-of-the-line floor finishes.

Scrub and recoat - Deep clean the floor with an automatic scrubber removing the top layer or two and lay 3 fresh coats of floor finish.

Clean and buff - Clean the floor with an automatic scrubber and then use a high speed burnisher to buff the floor leaving a high gloss shine.

Clean and seal concrete floors - Clean the concrete floor with an automatic scrubber and lay 2 coats of concrete sealer to floor. (If customer desires, 2-3 coats of floor finish can be applied too).

We can also recommend a maintenance program designed for your specific needs, based on wear, budget, scheduling and other criteria. Cleaning your floors on a regular basis will keep them looking their best and stay that way longer. B & B services a range of customer account sizes, from a few thousand square feet up to 90,000+ square feet, and provides all equipment, chemicals, supplies and labor for each job. We can however work with you to tailor our floor cleaning services to your specific needs. For example, if you require a specialized finish and prefer to purchase the product yourself, we can supply all other components needed for the job. Customer service is our top priority.
